I have two varieties, one with very dark flesh and one with pink/yellow/white flesh with larger fruits. I send both in mix as it will help with fruit set and prevent inbreeding.
Reminiscence of a Davidson plum but a lot better, sourness is agreeable and flesh comes of the seed easy, no sweetness really (will test brix soon). Beautiful and strong red juice, strongest I have seen in any fruit yet. The pink/yellow/white flesh variety has a milder flavour which is better.
Can eat a couple and enjoy them as they are a lot better then a Davidson Plum.
