Tracked and non-tracked shipping options available.
Parcels are normally forwarded to the postal office every first Monday of the month and third Monday of the month.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the order is cancelled by the seller or if section 1a under refund policy applies.
A parcel tracking number will be emailed to your nominated email address if tracked shipping option was selected and paid for.
We do not take responsibility for any damaged, confiscated of lost seeds during the shipping and delivery process.
We do not take responsibility for anything related to customs processes or customs disputes. You have the responsibility to deal with any third party agencies.
It is your responsibility to give correct delivery details and customs instructions to the seller. If customs instructions from the buyer are void the customs instructions are at our discretion to choose. You may write customs instructions in the “Order notes” section at the checkout page, we do not guarantee that we can follow the customs instructions.
After that we have lodged and handed over the parcel to the shipping provider it is your responsibility to communicate with the shipping provider to facilitate the delivery to your delivery address.

If the automated shipping calculator does not present a shipping price please contact us before making a order.
We reserve the right to cancel/refund orders that have incorrect shipping cost due to a fault in the Australia Post API integration.
The medium the seeds are sent in are specified in the product description.
If you want to request the medium inside the zip-lock bag or other package specifications please note this in the “Orders note” section at the checkout page. We can not guarantee that we can facilitate your packaging request.
If you have issues with the shipping of the seeds you purchased then contact the shipping provider first, if you have no success with the shipping provider you may contact us and we may contact the shipping provider, at our discretion to do so or not.
If a parcel is returned to the sender for any reason the parcel is considered lost and won’t be sent out again to the customer.
Refund policy
We reserve the right to refund and cancel your order in full without notice if we are out of stock of the items you purchased.

1a. If the buyer made a honest mistake in the order and seeds ordered have not been processed or sent then the buyer may receive an amendment/cancellation/refund on their order. The buyer needs to contact the seller as fast as the mistake is known so that the order may be amended/cancelled/refunded, the decision to amend/cancel/refund is at the sellers discretion. An amendment/cancellation/refund is not guaranteed.
